About World Wine Tourism Day
Starting in Europe, World Wine Tourism Day has extended its celebration to a World scale, with the participation of Latin American countries, such as Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay.
It is observed on the second Sunday in November.
This day aims to disseminate the culture, heritage, and traditions, as well as the wine producers and their wine tourism, thus valuing the vineyard territories. The day promotes wine as a cultural and intangible heritage of the territories and the people who produce it.
