Starting in 2018, Spread Goodness Day is intended to inspire a global day of explosive goodness by encouraging individuals, schools & organizations to spread goodness together. To show the epic power that one act of goodness, multiplied by hundreds, thousands, and maybe millions of people, has to change the world in just one day. It’s about knowing we can change the world every single day!

What do you do for Spread Goodness Day?  Throw on some shades and something good! To whoever you want, however you want and to whatever extreme you want. Celebrate goodness in your unique, do-gooder ways. Volunteer, buy a coffee, donate a car, surprise a friend with flowers, host your own event. Anything good, goes!  

Spread Goodness Day is a nonprofit event founded by Anna Dravland.

To create an explosive atmosphere of empowerment worldwide that the simplest acts of goodness change the world every single day. 

Vision
To see individuals, organizations and schools creating and cultivating their own Spread Goodness Day events and actions on the second Friday of March annually.
