How to make Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients:
-1 cup cold coffee
-1 cup heavy cream
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
-Pinch of salt
-1/4 cup whole milk
Instructions:
1. Combine coffee, cream, sugar, cardamom and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook until mixture reaches a simmer.
2. Pour mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a large bowl and let cool slightly.
3. Add milk and mix well. Freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.
