About Mean Girls Day
Mean Girls Day is always celebrated on October 3rd because of the line in the iconic 2004 film when character Aaron Samuels (Jonathan Bennett) asks Cady Heron what day it was.
For both Cady Heron and an audience of smitten adolescents, nothing was the same after Aaron Samuels asked what day it was. The dead-pan interaction, happening at the height of Cady’s crush, goes a little something like this:
“On October 3rd, he asked me what day it was.”
“What day is it?”
“It’s October 3rd.”
These famous lines have permeated our culture's slang and created an entire national holiday!
