About Dry January
Dry January is the annual movement through which millions of people give up alcohol for the month of January. It is run by the charity Alcohol Change UK.
Dry January started in 2013 with 4,000 people. It's come a long way since then, with over 100,000 signing up and 4 million taking part in 2020.
